Important events and Acheivements of CMI Public School,Chalakudy
From the inception of CMI Public School in 2001 The Almighty has blessed the Institution with many an achievemrnts and note worthy Events.
1)Rev.Fr.Santhosh Mundanmani the Principal was awarded the certificate of appreciation by the Lions club Chalakudy,on 25th October 2006 for his exemplary community service to the society of Chalakudy.
2)The School obtained the ISO Certification 9001-2000 in February 2006.
3)The President of India Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam visited the school on December 26th 2007.
4)The first batch of 10th grade Students came out with flying colours in May 2007 with full distinction.
5)Another Milestone in the history of CMI Public School was the hosting of The 1st CBSE Schools State Kalotsav 2007.
6)The School Conducted a Student Cultural Exchange Programme to St Mary School,California,USA in April 2008.
7)In February 2009 the school was recertified with ISO 9001-2008.
8)The second batch of students took part in the Student Cultural Exchange Programme to St Mary School,California,USA in April 2009.
9)The 10th CBSE Board Exam results of 2009 was another milestone in the history of CMI Public School.All the students secured distinction.Gayatri Vijayakumar secured 99%,and became the topper in the Chennai region and second at the national level.
10)CMI public Schol has attained a place in the list of top schools based on the CBSE Board exams 2009 at the National level.
11)On 27th August 2009 CMI Public School received the Award for the Pioneer Implementation of 'The Activ Classroom 2009' by Promethean co.Ltd.London U.K.The Award was handed over to the Principal Rev.Fr.Santhosh Mundanmani by the British Parlimentarian Mr.Charles Clark at the 'e India 2009' an international Exhibition and Seminar organized by the Government of India at Hyderabad.
12)The Principal, Fr.Santhosh Mundanmani was awarded with a certificate of honour by Mr.Rajeev Johar, M.D,Almoe India Ltd for the successful ICT initiative of the Activ Classroom on September 19th 2009.
13)In October 2009 CMI Public School Successfully hosted the CBSE School State Meet and was adjudged as the best ever State Meet conducted.
14)The Principal Rev.Fr.Santhosh Mundanmani was awarded the certificate of Excellence by the Rotary Club of Chlakudy on 29th October 2009, for his outstanding service in the vocation of Education and excellent contributions of the society.
15)M.S Gayatri Vijayakumar was invited to attend the Republic Day Parade from the Prime Minister's Box at Rajpath on January 26th 2010,she being a meritorious student of our Nation.
